Chassis kit purchased from Westfield in Jan 1996, the rest of the car was
built over the next 18 months as time and funds permitted. The final installment
being when my wife got her a company car, the sale of her own car, provided
enough money to pay for a trip to SBD, to purchase a low mileage Vauxhall
16V engine, and some Dellorto Carburettors. The car was eventually completed
and registered in October 1997. |
